房間總體面積偏小，設備有些舊了。有窗但沒有風景，衹有一堵牆正對窗户。位置的確在地鐵口 臨近中山大學南校區。附近吃飯什麼都很方便。在廣交會期間，這個價格衹能接受。平常時候在300元左右還有一定性價比。
最不可思議的事是要離店了，停電了。電梯也沒有了。
