Good location, near airport. Hotel provides shuttle service to airport and Renhe station. Value for money. Will definitely consider returning to NEYA on next Guangzhou visit.

It was an amazing experience in the hotel Neya for 2 nights, very comfortable and clean, as well as, nice behaviors from the reception to the workers, they provided all the facilities such as, pick up service and dropping service from hotel to Subway and vice versa, also from Hotel to airport. I highly recommended this hotel, it deserves more than 5 stars 🤩.

I recently spent four nights at this hotel, and altogether, I had a good experience. This hotel's close proximity to the airport is one of its main benefits; it's quite handy for those with early or late flights. I was happy to discover that the hotel provides a dependable pickup service, which made my arrival stress-free even though arrived late at night. Room is very clean, hotel’s inside very interesting and look attractive, and has button service that is convenient for foreigners who is not able the Chinese. And beside the station has a lot local food and fruit.

Very convenient if you are traveling to or from the airport as they provide free pickup and drop off service. Exceptional customer service from the staff. Very punctual reply whenever we WeChat them. Breakfast was served at another hotel nearby but was delicious with a good spread. Room was clean and surprisingly quiet even though it was near the airport. Room was a bit small but does the job for a short stay.

Nice staying in hotel... Location is not so great... For the late night travellers from airport it is good option

Clean, comfy and close to Guangzhou Airport. Free airport shuttle service is great. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Hotel was nice and the staffs were very helpfull and the complimentary transport from hotel to airport was very helpfull as well

Pick up and drop off from Airport is awesome! Good match for those who are flying or arriving late night or early morning. Late check out time 2pm.

AMAZING! This hotel is simply fantastic! Clean rooms, lovely staff and not far from the subway. Both check in and check out where easy and simple and staff was super friendly. They have free shuttle to Subway as well as Airport I will definitely stay here again!
