1. 所謂的15元早餐，如下圖1。
2. 房間枕頭套、床單有黑塊，圖2。
3. 衣服放在洗衣房，服務員説可以幫忙放洗衣機洗，不知道洗衣機裏有什麼，洗完就長成圖3樣子。（衣服原本模樣看圖5）
不但沒任何歉意，還一直在強調什麼剛換了膠圈，其他人也洗過怎麼沒問題之類的。
我是來出差的，第二天的行程完全無法進行。
從昨晚到現在，酒店也沒有解決，一直在強調是和褲子一起洗染色了，誰家衣服染色像這樣？！而且我在家也一起洗咋不見染色？！白色衣服看出來了，黑色衣服看不出來，還不知道里麪幹不乾淨。
後面還説拿漂白水給我漂白。就想問，換成你，不知道衣服上莫名有未知黑塊，你敢漂了穿？
晚上8點多發現的，服務員不承認，我説不過他，便讓他去看監控，好了，拿着我的衣服下去了，一直沒任何回覆。
直到半小時後，我打了3次電話催，一開始竟然還説要等值班經理回來看下怎麼辦，值班經理要晚上10點才回來。
我反對，説太晚要休息了，過了半小時才又説看了監控，不知道是什麼原因，反正就是不解決。
