前台職員服務態度親切，願意盡力幫助客人解決困難，溝通過程很舒服。惟房間內的熱水壺發現有生銹不潔情況，需要服務員更換才敢使用。另外，酒店設計較一般的同類酒店型格，不過對較年長的酒店顧客來說，可能會覺得房間外的走廊通道燈光較暗，不易辨別方向
