房間設施有些陳舊，空調沒有制熱功能，在華南理工大學校園裡，環境比較好，但是購物不是很方便

環境和服務都正常,但設施實在是太差了，我不那麼在乎衞生間的破舊，但它還臭氣熏天（不是打掃衞生的問題,是下水系統有毛病）。廣東這幾天很冷，室內温度不到15度，可是空調卻不能加温，衹好蓋了兩床被子。或許不是所有的客房都那樣，但我不建議你去試試。

交通很方便，在華南理工大學校園裡麪。停車位充足。很好停車。賓館一樓有餐廳，餐廳菜品相當好。粵式為主。賓館設施有點舊。校內散步空氣好，心情不錯。廣州好吃的好玩的太多了。
