一般，房間沒有窗口，味道很大，燈光很昏暗，不過老闆服務是真的號好， 可以勉強湊合住一晚。

本來期望挺高的，感覺可能是年頭久了，設施有些陳舊，尤其是空調，屋子有些潮濕，但不可否認的是離着陳家祠是真的近，離着西華路也還可以接受，位置是我最滿意的。出門就是陳家祠地鐵站。

如果衹是為了這個酒店的風格入住我勸還是別來了，一言難盡！跟同價位相比這個公寓旅館真的算很差了。房卡因為門鎖沒電是壞的給了我們機械鑰匙。一進門就一股的黴味。跟前台説想換個房間也不行。房間標稱的平方面積就不準實際很小。
沒有窗户我知道購買的時候上面有標註，屋裡沒有窗户空氣不流暢比較悶所以我開了排氣扇但是嗡嗡響，床墊是那種很硬的彈簧都老古董了還不平整一晚上都咯的難受，再加上排氣扇年久失修嗡嗡響太大聲了一晚上真的是肉體和精神的雙重摺磨，不開還不行，屋子裡因為黴味太重了，而且略微潮濕有許多小蟲子飛，被罩裏面都發黃了細菌很多所以睡在上面感覺臉上癢有些過敏。電視也不能看，也不知道是不是遙控器沒電的原因。床上的小氛圍燈又不能點亮都是壞的你就別往上面掛了，落那麼多的灰看着真膈應。就是靠近地鐵口比較近不到200米，但是我建議同價位相比的話寧願選擇離地鐵口四到五百米左右的公寓都比這個強。真不誇張，視頻為證！
被罩裏面發黃這還衹是手機拍的不清楚，實際肉眼看更臟
