大堂超級大……停車庫上去房間要在一層換乘一下……也算方便……酒店不是新開……但是房間設施保養的還不錯……衞生乾淨……還可以延遲到兩點退房……最讚的是早餐……品種豐富……出品很不錯……去惠州最美218公路也特別方便……那邊沒什麼好酒店……最後還是回來凱悦

原本是打算去酒店樓上那家公寓的，來的時候沒找到路，後面看了下房間也不是很滿意，偶然之下選擇了這家酒店。地段的話稍微有點偏，不過好在離萬達這些商場還是蠻近的。酒店裝修就正常商務酒店，中規中矩的，健身房，泳池，汗蒸，SPA這些設施設備也都一應俱全，總體環境不錯。前台小姐姐小包也非常好，還幫忙做了延遲退房。

第一次來廣州，房間一開始進去的時候還好，但是我出去在回來的時候就有一股黴味，待會就適應了，應該是和最近的陰雨天氣有關吧，除了味道，其他都挺好的，尤其是一位大姐，在打掃房間的時候知道我第一次來南方，非要送我一瓶涼茶，很熱情，涼茶也很解暑，感謝哦

凱悦一如既往的好，服務一流，設施星級配備，超級好玩！週末帶娃首選，游泳池水質很乾凈，有小孩和成人分開的區域，還有桑拿房，真的放鬆好去處！！大堂有小孩看電影的區域，小熊主題小孩很喜歡，帶娃還送了伴手禮給我們！早餐的拉腸同雲吞超級好吃，適合我們的廣東胃，丹麥酥也烤的很香脆！床很舒服，小孩睡得特別好都不肯起來啦，衞生挺乾淨，服務人員微笑接待，暖心十足，暑假過來度假真的很不錯！推薦！
