以前入住還可以，這次入住體驗感很差，首先電梯很異味很難聞，房間通道地毯臟到都不願往前走，進入房間，異味很重，洗手間異味聞到都想吐，洗手間地面更本洗搞衞生，排水口有積水，一股臭味，洗手間地面估計很久沒搞衞生了，一股發發黴的味道，用水一沖，水面一層浮起臟物，一堆頭髮在洗手間門口都沒清理，電話壞的，打個電話到前台，要用手按着電話線，一會通，一會斷，電視機衹有幾個台，沒網絡電視，電視遙控器更開，關電視都不行，叫個人來搞半天都搞不好，廁紙就更難奇葩了，又薄又小，毛巾一次性，杯子一次性，看似衞生，實際體驗感極差,酒店應該新翻新不久，但這種用劣質客用產品的方式，可能可以降低經營成本，但酒店會越做越差，最後改名為品奕招待所了，不過前台服務人員的禮貌的確是值得點讚的！

酒店很新淨，但係冷氣不足，開到17度都不冷，及廁所有尿味重，但前台服務員態度很好，毛巾牙刷配套 都很足夠，非常之近番禺賓館，坐直通巴十分方便，房間空間感大，廁所有得吹乾衣服。
