超級贊！寧靜友好，有特別的養生瑜伽內容體驗。工作人員很友善容易溝通。太喜歡了！民宿位置很好，旺中帶靜，周邊很多鄉村休閑業態可以遊逛。

這是個能修身養性的好地方，雖然不大，在但給人很舒服的感覺，瑜伽，理療，素食，服務都不錯，去帽峯山也很近，周圍農莊也很多，值得推薦！他們自己研製的洗髮水，沐浴露和護髮素都超級好用，走的時候買了兩套。

國慶來住的三天兩晚，在大馬路有條不顯眼的小路進來，然後恍如進了世外桃源一樣，寧靜清新，鳥語花香，日出沒有看到，日落很美。房間的香薰加濕機味道很怡人，問了管家，説是鼠尾草精油。房間很乾凈，管家知道我們有小朋友，特意安排了有榻榻米茶座的房間給我們，晚上可以讓孩子自己睡榻榻米上，很舒服。配了全套自家的洗護用品，還有洗衣液，很貼心。我們住的三樓，有個大露台，白天可以曬衣服，晚上可以觀星賞月。每天早上七點有瑜伽晨練，然後有不同的瑜伽和阿育吠陀主題的活動課程，住客可以免費參加。我們參加的水晶缽音療很美很高級，真的有凈化心靈的感覺。整個生態谷以蔬食為主，就是吃齋，但是味道都很不錯，所有的工作人員都熱情有禮貌。有時間的話可以去半山走走，有籃球場和別墅花園，也可以到生態谷旁邊的三顧茅廬民宿溜達，裏面有菜園有染坊有老外咖啡。來這裏就是一個療養釋放壓力的感覺，很舒服。有兩衹貓貓也很可愛。

Beautiful, peaceful place to rest and recharge!
The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I was there on weekdays, so it was really quiet; not a lot of guests during my stay.
