平台寫的是明月山溪別墅的雙人雙床房，訂房之後會有微信客服添加微信，告知住宿點是“望谷美廬公寓”，並且需要提前到“倚河緣種植場”提前登記入住。在收到訊息後告知客服，我們當晚入住辦理會到晚黑11點多，所以問是否能在微信直接辦理，微信告知門房密碼就不去登記了。微信客服一直沒有回覆。發了一段文字有兩個所謂管家的電話，有什麼問題可以致電管家的。 當晚到步後開到他們指示的登記位置，發現衹是從化部門登記防疫入住人員的身份證而已，而且他們一早已經關門下班了，為什麼不提前告知溝通呢？致電微信客服，沒人接聽，再致電其中一個管家電話。一接聽就像吵架式説：現在多少點，還辦理入住？ ？？？ 我回復：我已經提前告知你們客服多少點到，並且你們平台沒有規定最晚的入住時間。而且這個登記點都已經關門還不告知，白白多跑了一個地方。 這個管家態度還是很惡劣説那你就去找那個客服我不知道！！！！然後他直接掛線。再次致電微信客服，又是無人接聽。最後衹好打電話給攜程的商家電話解決。但全程沒有人員接待。大半夜的這樣的入住方式已經心情完全被擾亂！！！ 反正這樣的入住體驗是非常糟心，出行前記得看清楚評論。就是因為這種新開店，評論都是十一假期入住寫的。所以當時候沒有看到，才有這樣糟心的入住體驗。希望後面的人不要上當了。 另外到房後發現平台標的1.5m雙人雙床房，竟然是1m左右的單人雙床房，另外房間的佈置與平台的圖片完全不符合！！！

寫着“方圓明月山溪**度假別墅”，沒想到名下房型“望谷豪華公寓雙床房”竟然是明月山溪別墅區隔壁隔壁隔壁那個“望谷國際公寓”的公寓房，且望谷公寓房的圖片第一張也與實際不符。 沒有真人接待，衹有微信雲服務。 按照所提供定位導航到明月山溪別墅門口被擋住，再質詢店家才知道我們的“雅軒温泉度假別墅”的房間不在別墅區而是在隔壁隔壁隔壁那個公寓裏，呵呵～～～ 用含有“方圓明月山溪**度假別墅”的虛假名稱和錯誤地址蓄意誤導消費者，壞人心情，坑人錢包！ 望店家誠信描述自家房型和地址，讓客人有個合理的心理預期，不要讓人乘興而來，見到真實情況瞬間崩潰！

小區環境優美，天然的氧吧，無污染，綠化做的不錯，房間也不錯，床很軟，睡得很舒服，有機會會再來的。
