Amazing hospitality. Stayed 3 nights. Front desk : Awesome staff, very helpful. Team Summer, Yan Yan / Amy / Qing Qing / Tang Tang / Min Yi. 夏天/欣欣/艾米/青青/糖糖/敏怡, full marks of appreciation to these guys. House keeping :very good Food(Breakfast) :Reasonably good To sum up Hospitality at its best. Shall always choose this hotel over others whenever I am in GZ.

ok hotel for one or two nights, simple but large clean rooms. nothing special but nothing to complain. friendly and helpful staff.

We chose a deluxe room with a window, but the window is fixed and cannot be opened. Also, there are only a few switches to adjust the light in the room, there was no towel holder in the bathroom, no wastebasket, and we were very disappointed to stay in a room with a really boring layout that was only called a deluxe room because of its large space. This place felt like a box with a bed, not a hotel. As a result, we had to change our three-night stay to one night and book another hotel.

Good location with decent breakfast. No swiming pools No full mirror

Location is not good , breakfast is not properly and nothing there almost empty . Price is high and there people dose not understand only Chinese

Rooms without windows to the outside it’s like living in a tomb. Price way to high for such a room and location

📍The hotel is a bit far away from most attractions, apart from the subway - but there were some interesting alleys nearby. 🧼 The rooms were spotless and gave us a warm welcome. The beds were very comfortable, it was hard to get out of bed, lol. 🏊‍♀️ The swimming pool was terrific. We swam for 40 minutes. Tip: Ask for the coupons at the reception, bring a swimming cap if you have one (otherwise you can buy one for ¥10) and bring your room’s towel. The fitness area looked clean and good, too, although we didn’t have time to try that out ➡️ We didn’t understand why we had to show our health code twice though, after having to show it downstairs. How else would we be able to enter? 🕯I realized how nice it is whenever a hotel smells good. I kept telling my fiancé how I loved the smell of this hotel, the hallway, and our room! Definitely a plus point. 🛂 Our check-in, unfortunately, took almost 40 minutes. It was already late, but because of our passports, the health codes, and another hotel code (?) which was all in Chinese and we suddenly needed to ask for a Chinese friend’s details for that. Information like this should be informed upfront (we even called before booking), but it was too much of a hassle and took long. That was a bit of a downside; eventually, we didn’t need to fill in our Chinese friend’s details, and after 40 minutes, we could finally enter our room. ♥️ Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and if you would like to explore this area, it’s a great hotel.

It’s a nice hotel, I love their customers service. My girlfriend goes to the reception and ask for milk always. The only issue I had was their swimming pool, they gave me a swimming ticket to go use, only for the people at the swimming reception to tell me that they don’t allow foreigners to swim. Even with the hotel swimming tickets. At that moment, I felt it’s because I’m black that’s why they didn’t allow me to swim. Aside this, everything else was excellent.
