The superior king-size bed room I booked for more than 500 yuan during the holidays showed that it had a window, but it was actually a small window facing the air conditioner outside the building.
The sound insulation was very poor. I could hear the sound of water running upstairs clearly, not to mention the voices in the corridor outside the door. There was also a constant roar of machines, which made my husband go out to see where the sound came from at around 3 o'clock.
When checking in, I met a mother who came downstairs with her child to check out. The feedback was that the room smelled too bad, but the front desk was very unprofessional and didn't even look up.
