I must mention that LIZ Hotel Guangzhou prides itself on being the best hotel in the city, and I wholeheartedly agree. The customer service manager; Ms Zhong is simply amazing – always ready to assist with a warm smile and a genuine desire to make my stay as comfortable as possible. One of the highlights of my stay was the convenience of having a minimart right in the hotel, along with other marts just outside. This made it incredibly easy to pick up any essentials or snacks I needed for all moments of my stay.
