走南趟北十幾年，住過無數的酒店旅館。那天晚上上班的服務員的服務意識和態度極其惡劣，全程黑臉與板起副愛住不住的樣子，就像我們欠了她十萬九千七一樣，這工作其實不願意做我相信沒人逼你一定幹……客人是住宿的而不是來看你臉色的ok？我們訂的是三人間，衹有兩張一樣大小的床就不説了，明擺着就是雙人間充三人房房間，少一雙拖鞋我下去前台拿，前台服務員打開旁邊倉庫們指着地下一雙發灰黑色有煙頭燙過的拖鞋👟，我看有點臟就問下，這是新的嗎嗎？她回答：是新的。我説這明顯有人穿過的呀，她説：房間裏面的不是也有人穿過了嗎？我就想説有人穿過問你，你還説新的，不就是忽悠客人嗎？誰TM不知道房間拖鞋是有人穿過的……最後一句話：這間酒店是我衹會一，不可能再住的酒店

酒店女前台（大概二十歲出頭）像個***，服務態度奇差，我態度很正常很和善，但她説話語氣像領導在訓下屬。中途她讓我掃碼錄入各種資料的時候那個語氣好幾次讓我差點忍不住發火，要不是想着就住一晚，搞完手續進房間就當踩到狗屎走黴運，我一定大發雷霆。我完全不明白她哪裡來的勇氣敢用這種態度做前台，她不怕被人打嗎？換了別個人，她至少已經被臭罵一頓了。

必須得給老闆個好評，定的大床房，老闆看我們帶着小孩子給免費升級到子母床，第二天去坐地鐵，司機還送過去，也有接機服務，幾十塊的房，服務能這樣非常讚了～～～～距離機場5到10分鐘吧
