我很不滿意這次的入住體驗，服務員（男），態度很差，還當眾和客人吵起來，態度極其惡劣，希望可以得到整改，這是一個酒店人員該有的素養嗎？請思考一下，你們自己查一下當天我入住的時間，是誰值的班，該整頓的整頓，該培訓的培訓，謝謝！可以調查一下當天的入住記錄，入住不到一天，就很不滿意，要求退回房費，不然我繼續投訴。
