Pros: The location is OK, in the community, you can walk to the subway station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
Cons: There is a strong sewer odor, there are cockroaches of different sizes (this seems to be difficult to avoid in Guangzhou, but it is not completely impossible), the cleaning is not thorough, there is a lot of dust, and the refrigerator and other facilities have a strong smell.
