This hotel has the worst service attitude and the worst hygiene I have ever stayed in during my business trip in China. The point is that this hotel is *** dirty, and the front desk can't stand it 1 Service: The TV was broken and I asked to change the room. They lied to me that it was full, but there were still a lot of rooms on Ctrip 2 Service: The toilet couldn't flush, and they said the master was not there and no one could repair it 3 Service: The hotel phone was hidden in the closet and covered with dust 4 Service: I went to the front desk and the two sisters discussed and only allowed me to change to a smaller room than the original one I booked 5 Service: I changed to a new room, but I didn't know it was also dirty and I was not allowed to change again🤦🏻♂️ 6 Service: After changing to a new room, I was asked to pay a cleaning fee for the room that I had stayed in for no more than 15 minutes before😂 I didn't touch anything and had to pay🤦🏻♂️ I was stunned 1 Hygiene: There was urine in the toilet and it was not cleaned up 2 Hygiene: The sheets were not changed, and there was hair 3 Hygiene: The disposable slippers were also worn 4 Hygiene: It's more disgusting than the 100 yuan room 5 Hygiene: The room had a strong odor, and I wanted to vomit but they didn't let me change rooms, saying it was normal 1 Facilities: The toilet didn't flush 2 Facilities: The TV instructions were just for show 3 Facilities: The faucet was sometimes big and sometimes small 4 Facilities: The windows/curtains were super disgusting Finally, I found Ctrip and successfully got a refund, and checked out Thanks to Ctrip for arranging another nearby hotel for us to stay in

There are bent hairs on the shower head. I vomited. The floor is dented. There are a lot of bugs. There is black water. It's disgusting.

The waiter's attitude is too bad. I checked in to sleep. I knocked on the door in the morning and opened the door without asking. It's so rude. I knocked on the door 3 times to check in. I opened the door twice without permission.
