Very good customer care and facility is clean and ambient

The hotel was nothing like how the photos depict it. I booked 2 rooms for myself and my parents and we all had to switch our rooms and the rooms we switched to were also bad. The rooms were very DIRTY with super dirty walls (with just black and brown marks everywhere), the facilities were BAD, the rooms were tiny and kind of ghetto. I also saw a cockroach in my room at night and the toilet barely flushed so I wasn't even able to use the toilet bc it clogged and didn't have suction power. My parent's room was also really BAD and very DIRTY and they requested to change to another one which was also bad... I also switched my room to a room that was even worse... it was a smoking room and everything smelled like smoke and also dirty. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Location wise it was alright, close to local restaurants and attractions. It was just dirty, dark and ghetto. The only good thing was the staff were nice and accommodating and helped every time we had an issue.
