We were very happy with the service. The lady who checked us in was extremely helpful and turned around any issues very quickly. The tv wasn’t working and I reported quite late into the evening she however managed to replace it for us that same night! We stayed here again after returning back to GZ. The rooms are what you pay for, very convenient they have a walking machine too! The first room we stayed at could do with a bit of redecorating but the second time (pictured) was very comfortable esp after our stay in HK!

Got a room facing the riverside , nice view though the window glasses are dirty, looks many years not clean. Stay there only for the nite as need to catch a flight at 6 am. i rate a 2 1/2 star for the impression of the hotel room. Near the metro.

The lifts are quite old and heavily used because the whole building is shared with local residents.

A wonderful hotel! We had a family vacation, everything was fine. the room was clean, cleaned every day. sevis is great, I liked everything.

Basic hotel apartment and value for money. Nothing special to mention as all basics. All old amenities but good the thing is rooms are bigger for this price. They mention city view which is nothing but to see flyovers.

The location is good. close to the metro. room service is not good. they dont clean the room actually, they just make the bed sheet flat and change the towel everyday thats it. I guess at this price level we should not ask for more. many halal restaurant nearby. you need to walk around the area to find them, not available on google maps.

If you don't provide utensils then what's the point of giving kitchen in the room and they don't even have microwave in the kitchen

Good location, everything is near. Restaurants, supermarket and cafe just a walking distance. Room is spacious.

Overall the apartment is good to stay where we able access to nearby store and malls, just the toilet door very difficult to open.

Pro : The place were quite and safe. Just around 1KM from Beijing Lu and 3mins walk to train station. Below the apartment got a nice convienence store and the room were spasious enough with kitchen provided. The cleaning lady were so good everyday they change the bath towel and give us drinking water everyday. Cons : No kitchen utensil (pan,cutleries and plate).Only provided 2 mugs and water heater. Need to bring in future and no clothing iron Overall great stay and totally come again

Because of convenient metro, we decided book again this place, as its easier for us to travel around in city and we had a upgrade to bigger room as we only stay for few hour and head to airport.
