位置於沙園老城區，很有居民的生活氣息！房樓外部老舊，但是乾淨整潔。房子很乾凈衞生，儘管家用產品比較舊但是很乾凈，有居家的感覺。一開門就感覺去了自家的大姨家。看得出房主是一個愛生活愛家的人。
