第一次去增城玩，住的酒店就在白水寨附近，很方便，還有小童樂園可以託管小童，酒店很大，久三友服務好。

酒店是舒適的！房間內獨立温泉泡池。早上被鳥叫醒了。
風景是優美的！就在白水寨旁，酒店旁邊有個大水庫，走一圈3km，極度舒適！

客房環境安靜，衞生整潔，我們住的湖景套房，陽台景觀優美可以看見泳池和湖，很喜歡。酒店大堂服務人員熱情主動。
管家鑫鑫服務好，主動提醒客人用餐時間，噓寒問暖，態度熱情，給客人賓至如歸的感受。
印象深刻的自助餐廳，首先，晚餐是下午5點半開始的，但是想坐在好一點的位置還是提早一點排隊進場。自助餐分區清晰，食物品類較豐富，海鮮類不多。強烈建議雪糕區安排專人提供或者把桶裝雪糕換成獨立包裝的雪糕。因為看到有幾位長頭髮的客人低頭勺雪糕的時候，頭髮都垂到冰櫃裏面了，讓客人自己去勺雪糕很不衞生。一位排隊的客人被一位插隊的客人搶了一衹燒鴨腿，排隊的客人氣得咿咿呀呀説不出一句完整的話 ，場面挺搞笑的。
總體體驗還是很好的，特別是小朋友很開心。

設施：在白水寨這邊，屬於新開的酒店，設施都很完善，非常的棒，小童俱樂部小朋友非常的喜歡，自助餐也很棒。
衞生：房間衞生乾淨整潔，感覺非常棒。
環境：周邊環境及酒店環境都很棒，雨後頗有空山新雨後的感覺。
服務：酒店的服務很好，特別是管家服務，在訂好房不久後，就有致電聯繫，詢問相關需求，在住店過程中，也是全程貼心服務，解答各種問題。
非常愉快的一次出遊及訂房。

早上有點下雨，這裏環境還挺美的，房間也挺乾淨，孩子喜歡夾娃娃，夾到一個，挺開心的，小孩子就那麼容易滿足（๑¯∀¯๑），晚上在西餐廳吃的自助晚餐，品種還挺多，三文魚挺新鮮的，值得推薦😋
