Guangzhou Huadu District Hotels

There were 7 of us, and we booked two twin rooms, both equipped with a PS5/Switch. The rooms were clean, well-ventilated, and our clothes dried quickly. The staff were friendly. We reported two issues to the staff: 1. The power outlet at the foot of the bed in one room wasn't working. They explained that it was originally intended for a TV that hadn't been installed yet, and therefore wasn't wired for power. However, the outlet in the same spot in our other room *was* working. 2. Breakfast consisted of sandwiches or bread, plus a drink, served from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM. There were many options, but some popular items, like the golden fish sandwiches shown in the picture, ran out quite early. I saw two available before 9:00 AM, but by around 9:30 AM, they were all gone. I mentioned this to the staff because my wife and daughter specifically wanted them but had to choose something else. Staff Response: After my wife and daughter had just finished eating, a staff member came over, thanked us for our feedback, and specially bought and delivered two golden fish sandwiches. Later, while we were back in our room playing Switch, the staff brought us two boxes of fruit platters. We are very grateful! Regarding the location, due to road/subway construction, getting from the apartment to Rongchuang Mall required a detour of about 600 meters. Because it was raining, there were puddles on the ground, making crossing the road quite inconvenient, and I even had my pants splashed by passing cars.

Catching an early morning flight with our child, this hotel was a no-brainer. The rooms were new, spotless, and the service was excellent. The windows are incredibly well-soundproofed; we didn't hear any airplane noise at all, and even with heavy rain, our sleep wasn't disturbed in the slightest. Breakfast starts at 5:30 AM, which is incredibly convenient for early flights. As we wanted to maximize our sleep, we opted not to have breakfast. We woke up at 6:10 AM, and by 6:50 AM, we were already comfortably seated at our boarding gate. They also provided VIP security check passes. There's a covered walkway connecting the departure level to the hotel, making it stress-free even during the rainy season.

It's our 2nd stay to this hotel. Room is spacious. Breakfast has different varieties I would like to thank specially to hotel staff 小許, who's offered us a room upgrade. Will definitely come and stay again.

Spacious room and the bed is very comfortable. We reached ard 1.20am so not sure if there is shuttle bus for transfer but was told by reception they can arrange if we have notified before. We hire a taxi outside of airport which will cost you are 40 rmb. It’s very value for money! They have free shuttle bus to and from airport Baiyun airport is very huge so any hotel is not walkable so Mecure is best option I feel for the price you get

It's a brand new hotel so it's really clean and new. We booked the corner room and it's very spacious. Pillows that gave good support were provided in the room. The shower pressure was good. The toilet bowl was automated with heated seat and hands free flush (sensor at the base if the toilet). The bed was extremely firm on the hard side. The free bus shuttle to the airport was fast and service was good. Service was friendly and they were able to receive my online shopping packages for me.

From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations! The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed—from fast Wi-Fi to a super comfy bed and a clean bathroom with great water pressure. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better! Just minutes away from key attractions, restaurants, and public transport—super convenient for both sightseeing and relaxing. What I loved most was the attention to small details: complimentary bottled water, a helpful city map, and daily housekeeping that kept everything fresh. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight—delicious options for every taste! Overall, a fantastic experience that made my trip even more memorable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service at a reasonable price!

Very friendly staff, room is very clean with all necessities, there’s a spa at 9F not sure if related to hotel but easy to get a spa while staying here. The only downside is there will be cigarette smoke smells but I think it’s hard to control as some people do not care. They also have upgraded by room. It’s huge and very nice.

The unexpected experience in airport hotel swept away the fatigue of the journey! It's really wise to choose this airport hotel for this business trip! Th whole process from booking to check-in is full of surprises. The location is excellent, especially close to the airport, and it takes only a few minutes to get there by taxi after getting off the plane. The hotel also provides free pick-up and drop-off service. The shuttle bus starts on time, and the driver's master has a very good attitude. Once in the lobby, the decoration style is simple and atmospheric, the environment is clean and tidy, the staff are enthusiastic and professional, and the check-in procedures are particularly rapid. The hotel's facilities are also very complete,The service is impeccable. Whenever there is a demand, the staff will respond immediately and solve the problem patiently and efficiently. Especially Miss Gigi makes people feel warm. This hotel is definitely my first choice if I fly in the vicinity next time! It is highly recommended to all friends who need to stay near the airport. It is the right choice!

Getting there is a breeze. It's a straight drive from the highway exit, and even on weekends, traffic is minimal, so no concerns about congestion. The hotel boasts a serene environment, a quiet retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. It features a large garden with a lake, which is home to many lotus flowers. I imagine it's breathtaking when they're in full bloom. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. Our room had excellent ventilation, a spacious balcony, and was completely free of any strange odors. The bathroom was equally clean and fresh, offering peace of mind. The facilities are comprehensive and impressive, featuring a restaurant, gym, amusement park, and even a ski resort – truly everything you could ask for! Inside the room, amenities like the bathtub were thoughtfully designed for convenience and ease of use. The water pressure was fantastic, ensuring a very comfortable shower. The service was exceptionally attentive and considerate. The housekeeping staff proactively checked in daily to see if we needed any items replaced or topped up. I must give a special shout-out to Jiaming. He patiently explained all the hotel's features, provided detailed schedules for various activities, and clearly outlined usage and booking instructions. What's more, he recommended fantastic local restaurants and nearby shopping centers, which saved us a lot of time. His advice was clear and concise, and he demonstrated an impressive, almost encyclopedic knowledge of both the hotel and its surrounding area, truly making us feel at home. A huge thank you to Jiaming for going above and beyond: due to a personal mistake, my wife and I had accidentally booked two different room configurations. Jiaming smoothly resolved the issue, adjusting our bookings to be consistent and sparing us the hassle of switching rooms mid-stay. We are incredibly grateful!

Clean room but be prepared if you request non-smoking room, you may find ashtrays in your room and cigarette odor. Reception could not communicate English well. At Check-in, they showed mobile phone with English translation to inform me breakfast on 2nd floor. Luckily, my Chinese colleague helped me requesting free airport shuttle bus (it was only me on the bus).
