The room wasn’t ready for 45 minutes but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The dinner buffet closes at 830 and food delivery options in the area are limited however the evening canteen staff was more than friendly helpful and walked my friend and I to the Chinese restaurant on the property (closes at 9PM) and the food was absolutely amazing !

The hotel was very considerate and helped to upgrade the room type. The window view of the deluxe lake view room was great. The Thai restaurant on the first floor tasted good. There were two shopping malls around, so it was convenient to eat out. It was suitable for bringing children to stay. The swimming pool was clean and the fitness facilities were complete. The yoga teacher was very good. I extended my stay without hesitation and will come again in the future😊

clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel environment is nice. I saw the high reviews online. I like the style of the hotel. The front desk service is enthusiastic. The room is clean. The mattress in the room is comfortable to sleep on. The sheets are especially clean and tidy. Thank you Xiao Wu for the enthusiastic service. Thumbs up.

This was my second stay at Mulian. I love this hotel. It is spacious, nicely designed and has very friendly staff. I hope to come back and stay here again. Eva Zhong at the reception helped me a lot! Thanks for the great hospitality!
