The lobby is dirty and smells of cigarette smoke. This is indicative of the state of the rooms as well. The carpet in the hallway is dirty and rippled and needs to be replaced. There was wallpaper in the hall peeling off the wall in large pieces. The room is bare, not decorative like the photos. I counted 3 roaches and random dried stains on the walls. I wiped the surfaces with disinfectant and there was no dirty layer. The room was not necessarily dirty, but certainly roach infested. Luckily there’s no smell and I didn’t hear other guests. On the good side, the front desk staff is extremely nice and accommodating. They gave a discount for the poor conditions. If it had not been so late at night and I wasn’t exhausted, I would’ve asked for a full refund.

It is very convenient to go out for food. The room is fully equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven and induction cooker. The door is safe and secure. The room is large and clean. The service attitude is good and they answer questions patiently. They also help to receive express delivery.

Older hotel, well located and surrounded by cafe’s , restaurants and shopping malls. Close to GZ East train station so easy to come and go to the rest of GZ or China. Rooms are dated but clean and comfortable. Older style Bathrooms need a renovation as fixtures and decor are dated and need replacing. Overall not too bad. Little expensive compared to other serviced apar**ents available nearby, but adequate for a night or two.

I have stayed here so many times and have never been disappointed. The service at the front desk is really great. Every time I go there, I am greeted with a smile. The comfort of their bedding and the quality of their furniture exceed my expectations. The modern kitchen and bathroom are very convenient, and the surrounding square is also quite convenient. The food is really good. I especially like Tao Tao Ju at Oriental Baotai. It is really delicious. I go there every time and the price is very affordable. I will come to their house often!

Clean and good hotel, amenities should be improve. Just near the railway station which is convenient location. Hotel arrange bus for go and back from Exhibition it was fantastic. Staffs are good. I recommend this hotel.

I had to stay a night there, when entering to the room it was freshly cleaned, a friendly interior design, a cozy atmosphere and a quiet environment. There are fast food restaurants, coffee shops and convenient stores nearby like Macdonald’s,KFC, Luckin coffee, Seven eleven and other Chinese restaurants. Proximate for Yantang line 3/6 subway station and Guangzhou East Railway station. When booking online price is reasonable not cheap not so expensive I would say it’s ok.

Free upgrade to the room with a small waist, the room attendant is very good. The waiter Xiao Yu enthusiastically provided a lot of assistance. At breakfast, two beautiful ladies at the front desk enthusiastically prepared hot American coffee. Behind the hotel is a lively food street, next to the Grandview Plaza, a little further away, Zhengjia, Tianhecheng, opposite Taikoo Hui, eating, staying, playing and transportation are very convenient. Many breakfasts are freshly made by chefs, which are very good.
