This is the first time I stay in Grand international hotel， the room is comfortable and warm. I liked the restaurant on the first floor, which was good and delicious with lots of Canton food, also the price was good. hotel is far away from Metro station，while it is very convenient to book a car or taxi in hotel by door man. Hotel has a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool which is closed in the Winter. The Spa is also perfect, I recommended it if you have time to step in. I never see a bar here but the lobby bar was quite and good for us to meet the suppliers here with some coffee and tea. I definatly will come back if I have business in Guangzhou

The hotel is pretty decent .It’s at a central place .Makes it easy to travel around .A bit far from the airport .Had to pay ¥150 .The hotel is clean but , the could invest in cleaning their carpets as they’re dirty & maybe also invest in hotel fragrance to make it more pleasing

150m to MRT exit F(no escalator) if got big luggage suggests to use exit G but there were days where the escalators were under maintenance. Malls & eateries are plenty. Room conditions is more of 3 stars. Need to shower in the bathtub & the shower head is not meant for tall guys. Beds are *super* extremely hard. Location is superb.

It’s a great experience staying in this hotel. It’s convenient for the subway. Come down and take a walk. It's not too far. There are a lot of delicious food nearby, no need to go out to find them The price is also affordable This time I mainly came to watch the concert. The room is large and well implemented The room is quiet. Highly recommended. The service is also good 408 Will come and stay next time

Hotel is newly opened in 2022, clean and located right to the mall. Staff are attentive and friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacious. There is also a coffee shop located at the lobby. Highly recommded.

Location is very good! It was just 2 minutes walk a block after Shipaiqiao subway exit D. Taiko hui, just next door, grand view malls, festival walk is not far away from the hotel. There are many restaurant around the hotel. Food court just before Exit D. We booked non smoking room but the room have cigarette smell heavily. We tried to get rid of the smell by opening the window and sprayed perfume but the smell didn’t go away. The hotel has free Laundry and dryer facility that was located at 8th floor. Detergent is also provided for free. Clean towels are provided everyday. Rooms are also cleaned everyday. After all it is a pleasant stay, room size is quite big. If you are looking for a economical place to stay at CBD area. This place is highly recommended. I will surely come back and stay at this place again in the future.

This is a very good hotel right across from a very popular mall a five-star mall here in China. I stayed in room 1814 and I like this hotel because economical and they have a bathtub which you can soak in if you're into that type of thing. The service center concierge was exceptional and I would stay here definitely again. And miss Pistil gave me great service.

We have always been staying in this hotel & always happy with them & recomend the same to others. However this time we were disappointed to know that they dont appreciate loyalty & loyal guests. Due to restructuring of Canton Fair there was not much for us to do & hence we wanted to check out early which we did but the Hotel Staff was very curt & flatly refused to refund this 1 day charges. It was surely a very bad attitude. It has created bad taste.

From far, look for the mercure hotel. It’s in the same building. During this winter season, hotel turn off the aircon function and on heat mode. Do take note for those that can’t sleep without aircon. Some rooms can open window, for those that can’t, hotel will send a standing fan over. The shower tap function is design in a way need to turn on from cold water to hot water, hence the water is very big if u use very hot water.
