酒店非常棒，管家李軍一直熱情貼心服務，從訂酒店到離開，送我們一路去景點，帶長者小孩省心省力安心，酒店環境也很好，餐廳菜品豐盛，也有很多適合孩子吃的不辣的菜。房間能看到瀑布，酒店有小童小遊樂場，房間帶海洋球池，全家都很滿意，到貴州第一天印象非常不錯，感謝管家👍

入住完全和預期一樣，大廳和房間佈置的很漂亮，有自動衞生間和大屏投影。大廳外的大游泳池清澈透亮，小朋友可以玩上大半天。游泳池上觀景台俯視山中美景，房間裏看到山上的雲霧繚繞，枝頭鳥語，自然之聲，投身其中享受輕鬆愜意。
管家小濤提前一天聯繫了行程，安排了接送，遊玩建議等全程的悉心服務，服務人員還專門給小朋友抱來了可愛的小貓。
在天星橋下半程銀鍊墜潭，全身疲憊中看到不遠處的山月集，衹想馬上回去吃一碗餐廳的粉。
家人和孩子都很滿意的一次旅程。

酒店位置很好，在景區裏，是天星橋終點的位置，而且自駕很方便。淡季有給升級房型，房間窗景無敵，餐廳視野無敵，是個靜心放空的好地方，拍照很出片。管家李志頂非常認真負責，會給遊玩建議，回覆信息很及時。酒店提供景區接送，有幫忙取快遞，提供免費洗烘衣服的服務。酒店的早餐豐富好吃，餐廳點餐也很好吃。房間裏有超多飲料，飯後有水果、餅乾和牛奶。一次性用品品質都很好，總之整體非常滿意。PS：還有一衹可愛漂亮隨便給擼的貓咪。

酒店免費給我們升級了三個房間，因此給五星好評。很感謝我的管家李志頂，因為我身體不舒服，他還專程幫我到幾家葯店買葯。酒店附近風景不錯，離景區也很近。酒店幫忙拿行李。還有免費洗衣服務。不過可能因為淡季的緣故，酒店服務員人數不多，泳池沒開，躺椅也沒打掃乾淨。酒店外部的燈光沒開，比網上的圖片差點意思。

給爸媽訂了一晚，房間很大而且乾淨，環境也非常好，離景區近，特別提到工作人員小彪和小李非常給力，熱情周到，所有行程問題都幫忙介紹和解決，兩位長者很滿意。

酒店非常貼心，提前一天就安排了管家李志頂聯繫我，有服務羣，點菜什麼的都直接羣裏搞定不用自己下樓，太方便啦～晚上洗衣服也幫忙烘乾後送回，酒店就在黃果樹景區內，很安靜安逸，下次帶孩子可以再來一次～
