"This hotel offers excellent experience, with wide selection of hot springs. The complex is huge and nicely located on the waterfall scenic spot. In our package we also had special dinner which was very sophisticated and prepared well in every detail. The whole experience also covered many gifts and great service from the staff. Breakfast was very delicious and high quality although variety and selection was limited. On reception nobody spoke even a bit of English, which would be great for foreigners."

"Our stay at this resort was extraordinary, largely thanks to the phenomenal service from our butler, Xiaoyu (小雨管家) and a clean and comfortable stay. A day before our arrival, she reached out with detailed information, helped order our dinner, and proposed a great itinerary (including my favourite 上帝视角) that seamlessly coordinated our meals with our plans. All the staff that we met were friendly, and Xiaoyu also helped to arrange a staff to drive us to Emergency Exit 2 to catch our scheduled DiDi ride back to Anshunxi Station. Even after we checked out, Xiaoyu heartwarmingy checked in on us to ensure we made it to our destination safely. This level of genuine care and hospitality made our trip truly memorable."

The service and food are good. "The conditions were poor, but the scenery was beautiful, though the mountain road was long. The family room I stayed in had a great, open view, with one 1.8-meter bed and one 1.5-meter bed, which was spacious enough for one adult and two children. What I couldn't accept was that the locks on the room's glass door and the courtyard gate were both broken. Even after the repairman came, they still wouldn't lock. As a woman with two children, I felt extremely unsafe. The guesthouse itself was of poor quality; the materials used were cheap, the pool was tiny, and the water quality was poor. You can only really appreciate the photos."

"Highly recommend the family-friendly rooms! The facilities are new and clean, and the bathtub was a huge hit with the kids. We also loved the private tea garden where we could pick tea and go cycling. The breakfast spread was delicious and plentiful, and the butler service was attentive and warm. The afternoon tea was fantastic, with a great selection of coffee and tea. There's a large camping area right by the entrance. Complimentary fruit platter: A wide variety of fresh fruits. Free shuttle service to Huangguoshu Scenic Area (one-time only): It's very close to the Great Waterfall."

The room was nice and spacious. I stayed on the street side, and I slept well at night, with minimal noise. Excellent!"
