Excelente. Nos encantó el lugar, la ubicación es perfecta pues es a las afueras (full contacto con la naturaleza) pero como a tres minutos del pueblo caminando. Kathe y Duvian son superrrr amables y re buenos host. El desayuno fue genial. Muy recomendado!!!

Relaxing and tranquil place just couple of minutes walk from the centre. We had the bungalow by the lake and it was everything we excpected! Amazing view and own little terrace. They have also different activities which is good if you want to stay a bit longer. Reception closes at irrecular hours but all in all very much enjoyed our stay.

Excelente experiencia, la ubicación es muy buena, con una vista inigualable, esta cerca del centro del pueblo como para ir caminando pero lo suficiente alejado cómo descansar del ruido. Tiene acceso directo al lago y puedes hacer actividades acuáticas como paddle board, kayak o simplemente nadar. Muy recomendado. El contacto con la naturaleza es genial. Cuando salimos a dar una vuelta en kayak llegamos a sitios increíbles. Tienes vista a la piedra del peñol.

A pesar de reservar y dejar depósito por adelantado para una cabaña por 2 dias, no respetaron la reserva y nos cambiaron a una habitación que se escuchaba mucho ruido y aparte los colchones son de espuma en mal estado. Igual pretendían cobrar la misma tarifa y tras del hecho acosando para check out.

It was a terrible experience. We couldn’t even get to the stat because they cancelled our booking on the same day. When we first made the reservation it was an accident but I couldn’t cancel because of cancellation fee, when I requested it to be waived I received a booking email saying the hotel had said no, so we just decided to go anyways and enjoy. On the day of the stay I wrote the hotel to say we were going to be late because of traffic and they said my reservation had been cancelled because of my request. They basically manually cancelled my reservation and left it confirmed on *********** when I tried to say something about it they said I had requested it, but I only got the cancellation email on the same day of the stay and past the checkin time, at 7:45PM. To me this is terrible management I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! They’re staff is definitely not nice, the lady that attended to me via phone didn’t even try to apologize, she basically blamed me for it.
