"Great roof top pool area with a beautiful view. We linked our Deluxe room (5602)… very clean, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom/shower and nice view. Ok walking distance to town. Town is by the way very charming. You should try the Cuban restaurant next to the hotel - it is really a charming owner and food is good. Only 16 of the more than 50 rooms were occupied so we had the pool area almost for our selves (but the off side is that the hotel felt empty). We booked a car to the airport and we got the hotels own driver in a great and brand new electrical car (but it cost 230.000 pesos). Bad wifi in room in most areas of the hotel. They advertised on Booking. com that many languages ​​were spoken at the reception. However, all employees at the hotel only spoke Spanish. Hence, difficult to ask for advice and receive good service that you would expect from a hotel at this level. All in all we expected more from this hotel at that price."

"The view from the hotel was amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. There is no phone in the room, so every time we needed assistance we had to go up and down three flights of stairs to reception. When we went down to get the Wi-Fi code, the handwritten note was so unclear that we couldn’t connect and eventually gave up trying. The toilet seat was completely loose, which was very uncomfortable and not ideal at all. We also had no hot water for our shower. Breakfast was extremely limited, with virtually no options available. We travel around the world and have stayed in many different places, and in our opinion this hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The staff did try to make it up to us the next day, but since we were only staying one night, it didn’t really help. For the price we paid, we were expecting a true 5-star experience."
