YYujiqingtianThe hotel environment does not say, it is recommended that you can take a three-wheeled motorcycle to the hotel in Guatape Town. It takes 800 meters to walk from the parking lot of the town to the hotel. It is still a little distance. The price of a three-wheeled motorcycle Taxi is about 5000-6000 pesos, 10 yuan, of course, If you want to appreciate the local scenery, you can walk to the hotel by yourself, and the hotel staff are also more enthusiastic.

GGuest UserThe view from the hotel was amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. There is no phone in the room, so every time we needed assistance we had to go up and down three flights of stairs to reception. When we went down to get the Wi-Fi code, the handwritten note was so unclear that we couldn’t connect and eventually gave up trying.
The toilet seat was completely loose, which was very uncomfortable and not ideal at all. We also had no hot water for our shower. Breakfast was extremely limited, with virtually no options available. We travel around the world and have stayed in many different places, and in our opinion this hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The staff did try to make it up to us the next day, but since we were only staying one night, it didn’t really help. For the price we paid, we were expecting a true 5-star experience.
