Pros: safe location, convenient to the airport, delicious dinner, professional service, comfortable room.
Highlights: The breakfast is extremely rich and high quality, comparable to the most luxurious hotels.
Cons: The bathtub is shallow and uncomfortable

This was the second time staying at the Hyatt centric Guatemala City and like the first time it did not disappoint. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating they were able to check us in early and also accommodate us for departing late flight. The staff at the Hyatt centric Guatemala City do everything they can to fulfill your request.

Very safe and clean property in a nice location. The staff is very attentive and pleasant. The Driver service to the airport is on point. There is a mall connected to the property with a quick mart that is quite helpful. The property is near many shops and restaurants which is a plus. The roof top bar is a delight and nice escape.

We enjoyed our stay the evening before we left Guatemala. Hotel was located near the airport and attached to an upscale mall. Everything felt very safe. Valet even checked our Uber cars for us. We got a suite which was large with a great bath tub. Concierge was friendly. Bed was comfy. Would stay again.

Love staying here. We were given a smaller room than usual this time which was unexpected, but fine. Everything was great, the check in, the room was clean. The bathroom was a little odd having two different doors that opened and no locks, but that wasn´t a big deal in our situation. Housekeeping could have done a bit better on our room the second day, but nothing major. Air conditioner worked great and really just minor things that could be improved.
