"Cleaning begins when guests check in. Ask guests to wait at the front desk for the normal time when checking in. The first room I was given was outside the window in a narrow inner courtyard with poor air circulation and sight lines... Needless to say, I went to the front desk to change rooms. The other female leader at the front desk was more enthusiastic and more enthusiastic than the first female staff member. Much better, but still waiting for the room to be ready before check-in. My check-in time was nearly 8pm. I want to ask: Does a five-star hotel not clean the room in the afternoon? Do you have to wait until guests arrive to clean?"

"Overall the stay was good, staff were helpful, breakfast buffet was okay, the only thing is minor maintenance. Lot of small things that need fixing or adjusting such as AC louvers not working in both rooms we had. Would stay here again, just recommend that management focus on keeping the minor issues from becoming major ones"
