After comparing the official website and Ctrip, I think Ctrip booking is done in seconds.
The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and the room is very clean.
The only thing to complain about is that the front desk is on the top floor instead of the first floor. We arrived at around 9pm, and there was no staff downstairs to help with luggage...
The location is in the city center, and it is very convenient to go to the airport.
Go downstairs and turn the corner to the church square, where there are many delicious foods. Find an open-air location in the evening, it is very photogenic.

Sandy from the restaurant took care of me. She went above & beyond to talk to chef what foods chef recommend for me. I was diagnosed with celiac & gluten allergy so she really took care of talking to chef for recommendations. Thank you for everyone in the front desk. They are all so nice & they helped me sooo much.

The hotel is super simple for the high you pay and they keep charging me extra fees from what? I have no idea. I will never stay here again. Stuff was nice, not the hotel at all.

The hotel has beautiful views, but the hotel service leave a lot to be desired. If you travel with a lot of luggage, or with elderly people, or small children do not expect help with you luggage. You have to handle your luggage yourself. The rooms are not very clean. When you check in ask questions because they do not give you any information. If you schedule a shuttle to the airport double and triple check because if though I made the reservation and confirmed the day before, the still had it for an hour later. Thankfully I allowed extra time to get to my flight. The people are nice, I just think the management does not know how to coordinate their personnel.
