The service is very good. The hotel in the capital of Guatemala, the cafe staff helped me boil water and cook instant noodles! The front desk was very enthusiastic, and there was a guide to help press the elevator!

The hotel was in remodelation, so at the lobby allways there was dust, the pool was closed and two nights of My stay, the next room did to much noise at night, beating the wall, and nocking My door.
Service was excelent, i don't have any complaint about it.

We were welcomed OK but were given a room far from the entrance desk and had to walk a way to the elevator. Our rooms was spacious but gloomy and the electric outlets were hard to find. The TV was small. Several guests have used the word "dated". I mean the hotel has seen better years, was even elegant in its day but has lost much of its charm. Breakfast at the hotel was buffet with no option there for a la carte.
