The service is very good. The hotel in the capital of Guatemala, the cafe staff helped me boil water and cook instant noodles! The front desk was very enthusiastic, and there was a guide to help press the elevator!

Everything was fine and whatever inconvenience that I had they managed to fix it. Laundry service was a bit ridiculously priced if we are being honest, but apart from that the place is as advertised.

It’s an old building smelly, no fridge, no microwave, no kitchen, the toilet needs plumbing and the tv didn’t work terrible place I do not recommend it. And it wasn’t that cheap I didn’t like it at all…

The check in said 3 and it was 4:3 and they told me that it was still being cleaned, there is no water in the rooms to drink, personal cleaning utensils, the water was cold; the air conditioning does not cool
