Hotel e servizio da incubo. Probabilmente la peggior esperienza in tanti anni di viaggio. Se decideste di pernottare in questo albergo la prima cosa che dovete sapere è che non dormirete, in quanto ubicato davanti il campanile di Gubbio e non avendo le adeguate finestre e isolamenti acustici, sarete svegliati ogni 15 minuti, inoltre se per caso prenotaste con booking e alla richiesta della Direttrice Veronica non accettaste la cancellazione in cambio di una colazione, sarete esclusi da ogni sorta di gentilezza perché in quel caso siete già diventati un problema, insomma, mendicare il 20% di booking non è nulla in confronto a sentirsi dire che se non si riesce a dormire a causa delle campane il problema è il cliente che ha prenotato, Follia, questa è la gestione sotto le direttiva di Veronica, quindi penso proprio che abbia sbagliato mestiere. Non scrivo nulla per la povera vittima impiegata in quest hotel, sola a dover fare tutto con l'hotel pieno, Follia o forse pure illegale, mmmm...meglio finirla qui..

Pulizia, ordine e sobria eleganza. Siamo stati benissimo, posto caratteristico nel centro storico di Gubbio. Personale presente, cortese e professionale...dalla prenotazione al check out. Colazione a buffet ricca e varia, ristoranti convenzionati per pranzo e cena eccellenti.

Siamo stati ospiti in questo Hotel in zona centrale di Gubbio con amici, abbiamo soggiornato in 2 camere interne attigue sembra ristrutturate da poco con finestre su stradina interna con tanta confusione, fino alle 2 di notte e oltre non siamo riusciti a prendere sonno per il baccano che si sentiva sembrava di avere una festa in camera......forse è il caso di isolare meglio le stanze e sostituire gli infissi mettendoli appropriati.....colazione nella norma personale disponibile.

I was walking St Francis Way and stopped at Gubbio. A beautiful small city on the walk to Assisi. The hotel is excellent and the accommodations are superb. Breakfast is also superb. Nothing to complaint about.

Attentive and very kind staff: the receptionist (Luana) contacted me by phone to specify the most convenient way to park and get to the hotel. The suggested restaurant delighted us. Excellent cleanliness (room, bathroom and common areas). Abundant, varied and good quality breakfast. We'll be back!

The structure is nice and convenient for visiting Gubbio. The breakfast is good and our room, although not particularly spacious, was comfortable enough. Gubbio is a beautiful town that is worth visiting.
The only negative notes of our stay concern: the air conditioner in the room was a little noisy and access to the hotel by car was a little difficult as the hotel is within the restricted traffic zone. The hotel does not have a parking area but you can park about 150m away in a paid area and/or about 300/400m away in a free area.

We spent a weekend in this property.. very friendly staff.... the room on the 2nd floor complete with a truly beautiful terrace... spacious and comfortable..... the buffet breakfast was also excellent.... close by in the center and close to the central car park..Well done.....
