L'hotel è in posizione centrale e comoda. Gli aspetti positivi si esauriscono qui. Camera molto agee e peraltro fredda, visto che il climatizzatore (rumoroso) è centralizzato e non si può accendere autonomamente (spento tutta la notte, si è acceso di mattina presto svegliandoci col rumore). Bagno indecente e impresentabile: angusto ai limiti del contorsionismo, seduti sul water si deve stare con le gambe rannicchiate perché non c'è spazio. La metà delle stelle attribuite sarebbero già generose, e 180 euro per una matrimoniale così sono decisamente troppi.

L'hotel è pulito e la posizione comoda perché si trova di fronte al centro storico. Siamo stati accolti bene e con gentilezza. Unica pecca la colazione. Non è abbondante e la ragazza addetta alla colazione si è rifiutata di farmi un caffè richiesto al bar dicendomi che era meglio usare la macchinetta visto che il bar faceva pochi caffè. L'ho trovato scortese visto che il giorno prima l'avevano fatto senza problemi. Direi di curare la colazione e il cliente.

Luckily I stayed at this property for just one night. They gave me a room with a very small bathroom, the minimum existential dimensions were certainly unknown, the room and bathroom were inaccessible for a person with some disability. Ignoble bed, with loose mattress and bed base. I made a mistake in not immediately asking for a room change and only reporting the inconvenience I had in the morning at reception where the employee present completely ignored the problems exposed. To this we add a truly "minimal" breakfast. Of this structure except the location very close to the center of Gubbio and nothing else. Experience not to be repeated. I hope that the other guests, who also wrote very positive reviews, were provided with a different service.

Siamo stati solo una notte ma ci siamo trovati molto bene.Personale gentile ed accogliente,albergo pulito e dotato dei comfort essenziali,abbiamo due bimbe piccole e la stanza con i giochi ci è stata molto utile.La posizione è ottima,basta attraversare la strada e si è in centro.

Dovessi tornare in questa splendida Città lo terrò sicuramente in considerazione! Abbiamo potuto vedere anche dalle finestre il famoso albero sulla montagna! Ottima posizione

Abbiamo trascorso due notti a capodanno. Tutto molto bene. Locali puliti , personale accogliente ,riscaldato a dovere . Se proprio dovrei fare una critica direi che il bagno l’ho trovato piccolo e scomodo ma tutto sommato un’ottima esperienza.
