Unica cosa da salvare è la colazione. Il resto da dimenticare. Stanza umida e puzzolente, lavandino bagno che perdeva acqua e nel momento in cui si fa presente che la stanza è umida e fredda ci viene risposto che in bagno c'è la ventola, purtroppo però che la ventola non ha funzione ne di riscaldare e ne di deumidificare. Che dire altro purtroppo non trovo altre parole e mi dispiace perché la struttura e i giardini meritavano ma non sono riuscita ad apprezzarli per l'esperienza negativa vissuta.

Cette établissement est magnifiquement situé au coeur de la ville ancienne sur la grande place, offrant un beau panorama. L'hôtel labyrinthique est décoré avec goût et éclectisme. Charmant jardin terrasse. Notre chambre était plutôt petite et un peu sombre mais surtout, le signal wifi était absolument défaillant. Quant au petit déjeuner, peu de choix (pourtant à 40 minutes de la fin de service) et dans l'ensemble assez moyen. Sans doute y a-t-il des chambres plus charmantes, mais pour nous, les prestations n'ont pas été celles d'un 4 étoiles. La collation du soir était assez médiocre et plutôt chère. Le personnel dans l'ensemble est très avenant.

Stanza accoglientee calda, colazione variegata ed abbondante, aggiungerei solo qualcosa in più di salato, da migliorare il wifi perché in alcune camere non c'è segnale e da migliorare un po la pulizia. Hotel pet friendly, cani ben accetti

Io e mia moglie ci abbiamo soggiornato due notti apprezzando l'ottima organizzazione della struttura. Suggestivo il bar "museo" dove trovano spazio diversi cimeli e fotografie di personaggi noti, primo su tutti "don Matteo". Camere complete di tutto! Ottima colazione! Personale professionale. Super consigliato!

Esperienza positiva L’hotel è in una posizione molto bella, nella piazza Grande di Gubbio. C’è una navetta gratuita che passa davanti all’hotel e ti porta lungo la città. Gubbio è un saliscendi e quindi di grande necessità. Personale gentile e disponibile, ti da tutte le informazioni utili.

Hotel scoperto grazie a promozione groupon, si è rivelato un autentico gioiello. Location da favola direttamente su Piazza Grande ed interni che da soli meritano una visita tra giardini pensili e zone varie arredate con mobili antichi. Colazione ricca e varia. Staff cortese nel fornire spiegazioni sia turistiche che storiche.
