This is my second stay. The guy at the front desk is very friendly and efficient. The room has a large floor-to-ceiling window, which is very nice.

It can only be said that it is in line with the price

I found the service staff at the hotel to be very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well-maintained. There were little things that could’ve been better—there was no suitcase stand, nor room safe. The breakfast was decent, but it could be nicer by providing a couple of warm dishes like oatmeal or scrambled eggs. All in all, it’s a good hotel for a one or two night stay, close to the center of Gütersloh.

Well located, good quality 4 star hotel. Modern, clean rooms. Helpful staff. Parking available at the hotel premises. Rooms are spacious, well equipped. Instant coffee available at the room. A bit overpriced. Overall had a good and quiet stay.

Unfortunately, we were not served at the bar as officially described. They do not stick to the opening times. We were served badly on Fridays and not at all on Saturdays. Leaky windows also cause loud noises from outside. The cars and flocks of birds in the trees in front of the hotel are unmistakable. There is a video about it on Google...

Centrally located and just 5 minutes from Gütersloh's pedestrian zone. This is where the hotel scores points. The rooms are simple but practical. Everything works! Breakfast is OK, nothing special but functional. One real drawback, however, is the parking situation. There are only 30 parking spaces available, which is significantly less than the number of rooms. Reservations are not possible. If you arrive late, you have to pay to park in the area. The friendly staff at check-in cannot argue this away. I will still come back because the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

Closed from the afternoon on arrival because there is no more parking space! Unfortunately, despite informing us that we were arriving by car, there was no indication of the limitation! Unfortunately, the receptionist's reaction was only partially friendly. In the surrounding area there are only parking spaces with 30 or 60 minutes parking time until 8 p.m.! Some parking spaces are also available for 120 minutes! There is also a large park within walking distance for a reasonable rate! Ask at reception for the location! Thank goodness there is the top restaurant La Trattoria, Berliner Str 126, just a few steps away! Ambience and cuisine 1A Photos of the hotel are realistic!

The hotel is super clean & the food is excellent! The hotel is in a great location & it's easy to find. The breakfast buffet is amazing! The room was beautiful & all the staff were very friendly.
