Unfortunately, the receptionist's reaction was limitedly friendly. In the surrounding area only parking with 30 and 60 minutes of parking until 20:00! Some parking facilities are also available for 120 minutes! Along foot there is also a large parking for a cheap price! Request location at reception! I have stayed a good number of times at the Park Hotel over the past years. I am never disappointed and the staff always make me feel very welcome. The following items make all the difference for me, as a business traveller. The room is very comfortable, with a good selection of ”accessories” such as soaps, shoe shine kits, room slippers, robes, paper, pens and even a postcard that reception will post free of charge for you. The air-conditioning is effective. There are plenty of electrical sockets for charging and powering laptops , phones etc. but please note that the power to these devices is switched off when you turn off the lights at night. This was a surprise to me. The quality of the food in the restaurant is excellent, and the menu is interesting and varied. The Park Hotel is everything that I seek in a business class hotel and I will always stay there when I am in Guetersloh, and with only a 5-minute walk from the station it is easily accessible without incurring high taxi costs.
