Hot Springs Hotels in Taiwan, China

We, two adults and one child (6 years old), stayed in a city view double room on the 15th floor. Here are our thoughts: 1) The room was a bit small... there wasn't much floor space. After putting down two suitcases, there was hardly any room to walk around. 2) The bathroom door, when opening and closing, and the glass shower door made quite a loud scraping noise. If you needed to use the restroom at night, it would definitely wake up others in the room. 3) The area under the bed wasn't thoroughly cleaned; there was a visible layer of dust. 4) The in-room hot spring tub had a slight hint of moss (not very obvious). The hot spring facilities on the 3rd floor, however, were excellent and great for kids. There's also a swimming pool. We happened to visit during the rainy season, so we were very glad to have indoor hot springs where our child could play. The location is fantastic. We didn't purchase breakfast vouchers, and there are many eateries nearby. There's a Starbucks next door, and the bread from the bakery downstairs at the Garmalan Hotel is delicious. Overall, it offers good value for money. Housekeeping changed towels and replenished drinks and cookies daily. Aside from being slightly a bit dated, everything else was generally okay.

A famous hot spring hotel in Zhiben Hot Spring District, it has a beautiful environment and is large, with many hot spring pools for you to soak in. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast buffet was quite rich. It is also convenient to buy drinks and snacks near 7-11.

Love the hot spring tub inside the room. Really good size. The room and bed is big and comfortable. Comes with a small table for tea and snacks were replenished everyday. The view is really natural facing the hillside

Just Sleep Jiaoxi is exactly as what the premise name suggested, just sleep. Checking in was smooth as front counter staffs are very efficient. On one evening, it was raining heavily and the front desk offered an umbrella. I returned it by sticking the umbrella in the umbrella holder outside and inform the front desk, just simple and efficient. I took a room with an ensuite bathtub which was surprisingly more than adequate to provide a good soak and shower while in the room. Bed size literally is very small. The toilet and face basin is tucked away in another small ensuite next to the room. There is literally zero storage but for those very light traveller then it should be adequate for small luggage and some hangers to hang coats and scarfs. The room comes with tea and coffee bags which is surprisingly tasty. My room comes with breakfast which is served starting at 7am. I must've been staying during peak hours because on the first day, I decided to head out for breakfast at 9am — and the queue was massive. I had to wait to be seated, with many other guests. The staff was very efficient in clearing tables and assigning tables to waiting guests. The food and drinks spread is adequate, more than adequate. I had good breakfast before venturing out. Awesome and wonderful accommodation experience, originally wanted to live in July, there is a good horse racing road park Tangweigou Park nearby, the equipment in the hotel room makes people feel relaxed and comfortable, women must live alone on weekdays when traveling to experience the feeling of loving themselves, Good luck on weekdays, upgraded! So happy! But holidays are very expensive

We had a situation with one of the rooms that I’ve booked. The staff quickly upgrade use to a VIP room which was awesome. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are nice and spacious. No complaints at all. Staffs are very helpful, we didn’t want our rooms clean but they always make sure at least our towels are clean. Very good experience. Breakfast buffet has good food options too.

The service staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location is super convenient, right outside the door is the Ita Thao shopping street. The food at the Chinese restaurant is high quality, and the prices are very reasonable. While the buffet doesn't have a huge selection, the items are refined and well above average. The room cleanliness is excellent, and the bed is just the right softness, making for a very comfortable sleep. The room comes with a hot spring tub, and the water pressure is good, so it fills up quickly without a long wait. The food and cocktails at the ground floor bar are also professionally made (the ¥300 discount for guests on cocktails is a nice touch!). This is a hotel I would definitely bring my family and friends back to enjoy again! Highly recommended!

Location was 8min drive from station. It was the newest and most modern hotel in zhiben I feel. It could be 5star standards. The hotel comes with the hot spring which was a really good highlight of trip. I try hot spring in zhiben out in town and it wasn’t better than the hotel’s. That’s how nice it was. Breakfast was repetitive. Can be improved with more varieties for consecutive days. Room was perfect. Clean, big and comfortable bed. This is my first and only choice to stay in zhiben.

Hotel Pin Jiao Xi is definitely a highly recommendable hotel, expertly balancing convenient location with peaceful surroundings. Its location is just right – you can easily walk to the city center for shopping, it's not too far, yet it maintains a suitable distance to ensure a very quiet environment at night, allowing you to rest well without city noise. The hotel's thoughtful touches include a range of free recreational facilities, such as a fun game room and a serene reading space, greatly enhancing the stay. What's most appealing is that after a tiring day of exploring, you can enjoy a warm hot bath right in your room (whether it's hot spring water, you can experience for yourself), instantly relaxing your mind and body. As for the room design, while the glass-partitioned shower with a blackout curtain is a great romantic touch for couples, it might feel a bit awkward for friends sharing a room. However, it's worth noting that the shower area and toilet are completely separate, effectively solving the problem of waiting for each other when multiple people are staying, showing excellent attention to detail.

really awesome stay - everything was impeccable from check-in to check-out. the staff were so attentive, service with a smile all the time! the room itself was huge!!!! super clean and very comfortable. the shower area included the onsen as well. location wise, it’s really close to Jiaoxi Station. there’s many car rental shops around, so renting a car to drive around the area is really easy too. overall a wonderful stay at Yamagata Kaku Hotel!
