"When I called to inquire about parking, I was only told the hotel's address and that parking was available on either side of the hotel or at a partner Times parking lot. However, after parking at the partner lot, I found out that parking was actually available on both sides of the hotel's inner courtyard, and the partner parking lot only allowed one entry/exit per day. I was advised to prioritize parking in the courtyard. The courtyard, however, had no designated parking spaces. When I asked how to park effectively without obstructing other residents, the staff couldn't give a clear answer, only stating that both sides were available for parking. In reality, I noticed that cars were parked at varying distances, which ended up blocking the parking area and making parking inconvenient."

"Dinner was the same for two consecutive nights. I wish at least one-third of the dinners were different. I would carefully consider this option if I were planning to stay for multiple consecutive nights next time. The bed was also problematic; the person sleeping next to me kept being shaken awake when they turned over, making me think it was an earthquake. The pillows were too flat and lacked support, causing me to get a stiff neck. I hope they can provide higher, more supportive pillows."

Unfortunately, the breakfast set menus – the roast chicken in the Chinese meal and the steamed fish fillet in the Western meal – were both cold and tough, and the side dishes were rather perfunctory – which was hard to understand."
