"We weren't informed before check-in that the public hot spring bath was undergoing maintenance. To make matters worse, the maintenance schedule posted on-site didn't even match the actual situation, which was a real letdown. The complimentary bicycles were quite old and dilapidated, a slight minus. However, guests could sign up for the mochi pounding activity, and a buffet dinner was also available for an additional charge. These two aspects were quite good and added some positive points back."

"Location was 8min drive from station. It was the newest and most modern hotel in zhiben I feel. It could be 5star standards. The hotel comes with the hot spring which was a really good highlight of trip. I try hot spring in zhiben out in town and it wasn’t better than the hotel’s. That’s how nice it was. Breakfast was repetitive. Can be improved with more varieties for consecutive days. Room was perfect. Clean, big and comfortable bed. This is my first and only choice to stay in zhiben."

"👍🏻Close to Luye Highland, only a 15-minute drive away, with shuttle buses available. 👍🏻Baby bathtubs, cribs, and sterilizers are provided. 👍🏻Bathrooms have separate wet and dry areas, allowing for hot spring bathing. 👍🏻There is a children's play area, but it's quite basic (just a ball pool) and an infinity pool (the water is heated). 👍🏻Welcome drinks are available in the hallway 24 hours a day. 👍🏻Breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks are also available. The food is varied and delicious, and you can make your own juice. 👍🏻The bathroom door handle fell off at night, but it was immediately fixed after I notified the front desk. 👎🏻The air conditioning in the public areas and the restaurant wasn't very cool, and the room temperature couldn't be adjusted. I sweated even when sleeping and eating. 👎🏻The path outside to see the sika deer was muddy due to the rain, making it easy to slip. 👎🏻Because it's surrounded by jungle, flies, mosquitoes, and cockroaches can be seen in the room."

Moreover, when I book a double room, it seems that they all give me two double beds. My son and I each slept in one, and it didn't affect my sleep quality after the long journey. Highly recommended"

"My stay at Galaxy Hotel was exceptional! They have a fantastic range of amenities, including a swimming pool, arcade, and even billiards and snooker tables. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. What's more, they offered late-night snacks, and in the morning, there was delicious tofu pudding made from deep-sea water. It was absolutely wonderful!"

"The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, and the hot tub was large. The only downside was that the room lights were a bit dim, making it uncomfortable to watch TV. I would definitely choose this room again if I had the chance; it's cheap and worth staying here again. I didn't want to leave the hot tub! 🤣"
