帶長輩出遊，雖然住宿的Villa裝潢擺設並不新穎，但飯店的服務及周邊景色讓長輩讚不絕口。飯店設有電動車充電樁，讓電動車每晚都能補滿電，隔日旅程完全不用在台東地區尋找快充站，相當便利。

整個飯店的工作人員服務態度都非常好，從一開始入住時櫃檯人員的詳細解說飯店的各種設施以及附加的活動，還有飯店內的工作人員親切的招呼。再加上飯店內的泳池配上眼前的山景真的是ㄧ個放鬆渡假的好地方。還有飯店提供一個天牛號遊園活動 ，我們因爲記錯出發時間，來不及參加，工作人員立刻用高爾夫球車載我們去跟出發的天牛號會合，真的讓我感到櫃檯工作人員爲客人服務的用心。

The employee at the breakfast bar ignored the guests queuing outside the door and insisted on her watch that the door would not open until seven o'clock to accept customers, without any dexterity.
The food was mediocre and didn't live up to the standard of the restaurant's facilities.

The service attitude of the staff in all departments of the hotel is very good
We also tried our best to help deal with temporary situations (my family member’s glasses accidentally broke and they were very proactive in providing two kinds of adhesives to tide over the crisis 😂
