"The room was very clean and comfortable. Although it was an unmanned hotel, there was any demand. The small helper on the line would answer immediately and assist in processing. Although the location is not in the Magong area, it is not far away. The motorcycle can be reached in about 8 minutes, which is convenient. The surrounding environment is quiet. The public hall on the first floor is spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioner is turned on all day. In this hot summer, it is comfortable to enter the door."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sun Palm B&B. Have written this review in English, but we communicated with them in Chinese. We stayed at this B&B during the tourism off-peak season (March).
Service - Amazing. They were very responsive on Line, and quick to reply. They were also helpful with our requests/questions (e.g. fetching service to and fro airport, car rental service, traffic road conditions in Penghu) and were polite. They also gave some advice on what can or cannot be done (e.g. we wanted to cycle around Penghu, but they advised us saying Penghu was too big to travel on a bicycle). The driver was always punctual when picking us up, and when sending us to the airport. In fact, he was already there, with the car ready, minutes before we were supposed to leave for the airport - we didn't even need to remind them. The lady boss was very friendly - when we first arrived, she asked if we were new to Penghu (it was our first time), and she introduced where to explore in Penghu, and what to eat. She also told us that if we wanted to do water activities, we can approach them, and they can make a check with the centres to see if they are open since it was off-peak season for tourist activities. We also had some extra request regarding the check out timing, and she helped us with it too. Before we arrived, they also tested the car we wanted to rent, and upon finding out that it wasn't working as well, they provided us with another car instead - this is certainly good service. They also cleaned up the room upon request, and re-stocked the fridge with drinks.
Food - The breakfast was amazing and fresh (see photos). On the first day we had bread + doughstick + egg with spring onion all in one package. It was delicious. On the second day, we had vermicelli and seafood (e.g. squid, prawns). The seafood was really fresh, and the broth was simple and tasty. Each dish was accompanied by fresh fruits / pastry + drink, which was refreshing.
Room - We got the Starry Honeymoon Room. It was very spacious, the room was clean, the amenities were in good condition, and the overall design was aesthetically pleasing. The heart pillow on the bed was a cute addition, and the round bed was big enough for 2 of us. Above the bed there was a window covered with a retractable screen - you can actually look into the sky while lying on the bed, really interesting.
Location - While this B&B is further away from the main city, we didn't feel that affected as they provided airport transfer services. Also, we felt that it being away from the hustle and bustle from the city was actually advantageous, as the B&B's location had a more relaxed, quiet, holiday vibes, which was what we were looking for. There is a 7-11 around 10 minutes from the B&B, so if you need food etc in the middle of the night, you can get it from there. We rented a car, so travelling to other areas wasn't much of an issue.
Overall, I will recommend this B&B to anyone looking to tour Penghu! Am glad to have chosen this B&B for our first ever trip to Penghu :)"

"The hotel staff are very polite. You can choose breakfast first and the portion is large.
It's just that the sound insulation is a little bit not so good, but in winter there are not many people and it doesn't affect it much. I really like the three-in-one shower, shampoo and face wash provided by the hotel. It feels very smooth after washing!
The uncle on the shuttle bus also provided great service"

"There is no one at the front desk, self-service check-in. Disposable utensils need to be bought downstairs, of course, you can go out to the nearby Quanlian Supermarket to buy durable, the price difference is not too much.
The room is good and cheap, not far from the pier, and there are many foods nearby. Suitable for one person.
The room was close to the elevator. I was worried that there would be sound insulation problems. As a result, no one used the elevator at night and there was no noise."

No. 2 of Scenic Hotels in Penghu"Really nice hotel with fabulous amenities. We went in the winter so unfortunately couldn’t use the swimming pool. The kids enjoyed the game room. The gym is in the mall attached to the hotel but you can access it with the room key from the hotel without going to the mall.
I love the eco friendly policy and having reusable bottles instead of plastic bottled water. There are machines to fill up the bottle on each floor.
The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed it very much. We also had a good dinner at the restaurant on the second floor.
The room is spacious and the design of the bathroom is functional and comfortable.
In terms of ovation, it’s not horribly far away from the old street and lots of local food. We walked 20-30 minutes to get to sightseeing places a bit further but there are busses as well if you don’t want to walk.
It’s a perfect place for family with young children. I’d highly recommend it!"
