Since they don't offer currency exchange, I exchanged my money at the nearby Four Points Hotel using my credit card, paying a 10% fee. Make sure to exchange your money well in advance."

For those who carry heavy and big luggage, be prepared as the airport shuttle bus will only stop at International Plaza (Fupeng Sheraton Hotel) and you have to carry those luggages to walk around 1km to reach here. This homestay adopts self check in policy. You have to contact the owner to retrieve the info of your room. The phone number display on Trip.com cannot be reached and you have to search on Google to get their phone number. It’s better for you to contact them via Line as they don’t have reception counter. They will never respond on Trip.com so don’t waste your time to contact them via Trip.com."

"The location is about 10 minutes away from the center of Magong by motorcycle, but it was not easy to find on Google. On the first day I went there, I had to go around for a long time and finally found it after asking for directions. I stayed for three nights. I was staying on my own. After booking, I added LINE to get the password to get the key. The room will not be cleaned during your stay, but the common area in the living room on the first floor has supplies, bath towels, towels, a water dispenser, a refrigerator, tea bags, coffee bags, and cups, which can be taken and used freely, which is very convenient. Garbage bags will be placed in the trash can in the room. There are recycling bins and trash cans outside the door on the first floor, which are also self-service. According to the price on trip.com, the CP value is not bad. I will consider staying here next time."

"The power button on the remote control was broken. The AC also turned off by itself even when no timer was set. I messaged their official LINE account with a question, but only received a reply after I had already checked in on the day of my arrival. Our room was in a separate building. "Good location convenient to the restaurants. Seaview room overlooked the Harbour. Bed mattress and duvet were very comfortable to sleep through the night. Conceige was very helpful in addition to free indoor parking and shuttle service for the guest. Will recommend this hotel."
