Although some parts of the room do show their age, like a bit of peeling wallpaper and some stains on the bathroom mirror, everything else was generally fine. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of an on-site parking lot. Even though the parking isn't far, it's an extra expense for overnight stays or longer visits. The staff, however, were very friendly, approachable, and polite. When we had an issue with the TV, they immediately moved us to another room."

"The location is very convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from Hsinchu Station, and within walking distance of the city center. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The room was clean and had a hairdryer, a large refrigerator, and two bottles of water. Some rooms don't have windows, so I requested a different room at check-in, and they kindly changed my room as one was available. The large bathtub was also a plus. The front desk staff were very kind and answered all my questions thoroughly, making for a very pleasant experience. I personally recommend this hotel."
