"When i arrived I was not expecting such a big lobby. Location is great with small restaurants and convenience stores around. Staff is friendly and helpful. I booked my car to airport through them and it was cheaper than taxi (tip: pay in cash to save 10% service fee), and it was a huge van all for myself. Breakfast buffet is a bit disappointing but still ok for the room price. Only downside is that no amenities available, which is the legal norm in Taiwan. So be aware to bring toothbrush and toothpaste as well as anything else you need. If you don't, no worries, can buy at the 7/11 or the other convenience store down the road. Overall, quite a pleasant experience and will definitely book there again in my next Hsinchu trip."

"The location of the accommodation is very close to the lively Chenghuang Temple and Dongmen Market. You can take a stroll for supper in the evening, and there are convenience stores next to the hotel. The service staff is very friendly, everyone has a smile on their face, and the facilities are very clean. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very dense, but the tourists who come to stay do not make any noise at night, so it is a great stay experience"

"High CP value, good location, only 2-3 minutes walk from the train station The air conditioner in the room is very cold, and the controller is not easy to adjust. The bathroom has a bathtub, but I hope there will be a shower curtain. As long as you take a shower, the water will spray out and the floor will be wet. The others are pretty good, I still recommend it 👍🏻"

"Hsinchu is a wonderful place to explore, offering plenty of delicious food and many interesting sights. The food around Hsinchu Chenghuang Temple, in particular, is incredibly delicious and plentiful. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the city center. I hope to have the opportunity to visit again next time! The hotel itself was clean and comfortable."

"Pros: Breakfast is perfect, very good combination of western and *********. Location is perfect if you are visiting Jiao Tong University and Tsinghua University. Only a couple of bus stops. Very authentic local restaurants around. Employees are willing to help. Free soda in the fridge, decent gym. Good balcony view in certain rooms. Cons: My room was clean but shower head was loose, although I was able to fix it myself, it made the bathroom a chaos. Shampoo and bodywash are not good considering it's a 4-star. Electronic bidet that cleans you but doesn't dry you out... public baths could be a good place to relax, but it only open 4-10pm, which is not friendly to travellers who only stay for the night."
