Very Good
CCaleb CreasonHotel is quite nice, staff was very friendly and room as clean and equipped nicely. Breakfast was expansive with a good selection for everyone. The location is within walking distance to many things. We took a nice walk to the science park area and visited one of the local temples. There is also a nice speakeasy bar within 10 min walk (kind of hidden past the starbucks up the hill). I would definitely recommend this hotel to business visitors or tourists as well.

承承家霏霏The room was upgraded to a quadruple room with so many parent-child facilities that I could not finish enjoying it. There are level-breaking types, building blocks, parent-child ecological park, leading teaching, and cooking types. It's a world for little kids. My kid never gets tired of playing on the motorcycle track. It is truly one of the best family-friendly hotels.

JJean-d-AgreveLocated a bit out of the way, rooms are nice but not luxurious - large selection of free movies is definitely a plus. Restaurant and bar very well decorated but still feel claustrophobic due to building design.

JJonibigoodWhen i arrived I was not expecting such a big lobby. Location is great with small restaurants and convenience stores around. Staff is friendly and helpful. I booked my car to airport through them and it was cheaper than taxi (tip: pay in cash to save 10% service fee), and it was a huge van all for myself.
Breakfast buffet is a bit disappointing but still ok for the room price. Only downside is that no amenities available, which is the legal norm in Taiwan. So be aware to bring toothbrush and toothpaste as well as anything else you need. If you don't, no worries, can buy at the 7/11 or the other convenience store down the road.
Overall, quite a pleasant experience and will definitely book there again in my next Hsinchu trip.

GGuest UserWhen I arrive the hotel, i was initially ”shock” from the hotel outlook. However from the staff greeting and entering the assigned room, this impression changed, as it eventually turn out to be better than i originally expected. Staff attitude and room cleanliness was good and a decent breakfast provided. Value for money for business stay.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom also has a steam bath.
The refrigerator is a large one
There are plenty of choices for breakfast. I originally thought that the dishes would not be replenished as time was approaching.
As a result, there will be new ones
Overall, the experience was great. I will choose here again next time👍🏼

HHironoriGood budget hotel with reasonable cleanliness, easily walkable from Hsinchu Railway Station. I was also able to walk around the West of the hotel (Old Hsinchu City Area). The hotel helped me charter a taxi to visit East of the hotel (Hsinchu Science Park Area), further to Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), too, which indicates the hotel's willingness to meet guests' needs.

SSeng KeongEventhough there are some wrong messages between Trip. Com, their agent agoda and the hotel. But the hotel's staff was handling it in patients and good manners.
Also a credit to Trip. Com service team, very easy to keep in touch through data call and very fast to identify their issues. Best thing of Trip. Com was very responsibility and accountable on their advertisements in their platform. Eventually they made a compensation for the mastake.
