"The place offers good value for money. It's not luxurious, but it's very clean and comfortable. It's a 10 minute walk from NTHU and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. They offer free bottles of water, which was really convenient The place looks just like the pictures. The only problem was the breakfast included advertisement. They only give you a voucher worth 65 NTD, but you need to spend at least 100 NTD in the store (that's what the restaurant told me), and they only accept cash. The restaurant staff were not very friendly to foreigners. It would be better if they advertised it as no breakfast included since you still have to pay to use the voucher"
